Horrible hospital people who put 1 are honest. Had my finger dislocated and they put it back however the nurses were so rude. Acting like they are high and mighty. I saw the doctor relatively quickly but 2 days later I find out that they hadnt put my finger back in place since it was crooked as hell. I contacted them really concerned but hung up on me twice. They answered the third time saying that the clinic opens only at 8 am on Monday which I ended up contacting afterwards. I reached them after 45 mins and all they could say is that they would call me back for an appointment which never ended up happening since its two weeks later. Really horrible. I ended up going to Montreal general which put my finger back within an hour and scheduled me a follow up the week after. Never go here!

Very good service, quick and friendly, everyone was professional and very caring, they dont mess around they took care of me and within a few hours I was admitted, blood test, ECG done and saw the doctor, really good experience, only downfall of this hospital is their food and in serious need for renovations and paint job, old and rundown

My mother was in the hospital. The doctor wanted to obtain her medical records from her Ontario doctor. They filled out the form with my mother's maiden name (as is done in Quebec) but in the Ontario system, a patient is known by their married name. I tried to explain this to the nurses who had completed the form and suggest they include my mother's married name in parentheses but they refused. The doctor's office in Ontario did not recognize the patient name so they discarded the request. Then when I tried to get a fax number for the Ontario doctor to fax the records, the nurses station on the ward refused to provide it to me. Needless to say, a week later and the Ontario file has still not been received by the hospital. Also, the food is horrible!

was born at this hospital and been going since i was a kid. two years ago I had an acedent and was seen for two minutes after waiting 7 hrs and was then sent home to have a repratory comprmis and saver damages that were never looked at.

The reviewers who gave this place a zero rating were not far off. I'm a non-resident looking to renew a prescription. The local CLSC clinic's automated telephone appointment system didn't recognize my health card info and my health department in Nunavut advised me to see an emergency room physician. Evaluation and registration was fast and efficient then came the wait. My issue was that they passed several kids well out of turn. These appeared to be non-emergency cases of coughs and runny noses. All of the kids were happy and actively playful while we adults lingered patiently in limbo for many hours on end. I left before seeing a physician. If they can put congestion warning signs on the highways...why not in emergency rooms and is it wise to coddle parents that rush to emergency every time their screaming two-year old sneezes?
